Activation Playstation Game Account

Please make sure you have your Playstation console with you. Do not proceed to the next step if you don’t have your console available and cannot start the activation process.

– Do NOT change any of the account’s settings, especially the email or password. Doing so will lead to complications with your access to the game you have purchased, and will result in your warranty being voided.

– Do NOT delete the account we provide from your console. The account is what holds the license to launch the game. If you delete it, you won’t be able to launch the game anymore.

– Do NOT log into the new account after the setup process is complete. Play the game from your own account only.

If you want to factory reset your Playstation or transfer the account to a new console, you are doing it at your own risk.

– We do not guarantee that the game will be working after the reset/change, and we won’t be able to help you recover your access in that case.

– We do not recommend deleting the game from the console, but if you happen to delete it from your console and need to redownload it, please contact us in the chat.

IMPORTANT! Only start the process when you have your console ready and can immediately finish the activation.

If you don’t have your console available, kindly contact us later once you have it around.

Your account is now ready to be activated. Please complete the following steps:

  • Launch your Playstation console.
  • Select the “New user” (NOT “Guest user”) icon on the profile selection screen.
  • Select “Create a User” on the next screen and accept the user agreement.
  • Click “Next” to sign in to the PSN account.
  • Please scan the QR code you see on your screen using this app (on Android) or default camera app on IPhone and copy the link you get.
  • Go to Livechat in bottom right.
  • Start conversation, paste “Order ID” of Seller Website and paste the link you copied.
  • Important note : If you’re asked if you want to activate the console as primary, make sure to select yes. This step usually does not show up, but it’s fine.
  • Our agent will activate your game in few minutes.
  • Click on “Log in” (You have not other choice).
  • Go to PlayStation Store, open your Library, and find the game you have purchased.
  • Start the download and switch back to your own personal account.
  • You will now have to wait for the download to complete and then enjoy the game!

If you see a lock on the game after switching back to your own account, please go back to the profile with the game and try to set the provided account as primary by selecting:

– (Settings) > [PlayStation™Network/Account Management] > [Activate as Your Primary PS4] > [Activate].

If for some reason your download can’t be started (the account is inaccessible, you get kicked off etc.), please contact us immediately in our support chat and we’ll provide a solution right away.
