Activation Nintendo Game Account
Please make sure you have your Nintendo Switch console with you. Do not proceed to the next step if you don’t have your console available and cannot start the activation process.
– Do NOT change any of the account’s settings, especially the email or password. Doing so will lead to complications with your access to the game you have purchased, and will result in your warranty being voided.
– Do NOT delete the account we provide from your console. The account is what holds the license to launch the game. If you delete it, you won’t be able to launch the game anymore.
If you want to factory reset your Nintendo Switch or transfer the account to a new console, you are doing it at your own risk.
– We do not recommend deleting the game from the console, but if you happen to delete it from your console and need to redownload it, please contact us in the chat.
IMPORTANT! Only start the process when you have your console ready and can immediately finish the activation.
If you don’t have your console available, kindly contact us later once you have it around.
Your account is now ready to be activated. Please complete the following steps:
- Launch your Nintendo Switch console.
- Go to [System Settings] – [User] – [Add User] – [Create new user]
- Put any nickname and avatar you want and click [Sign in and Link]. Wait for it to load
- Click [Sign in via Smartphone]
- You will see the QR code. Under the QR code, click the blue option saying [Can’t scan the QR Code?]
- You will see [Access code] in the middle of the screen. DON’T CLOSE this menu. You will need to KEEP IT OPEN to complete the next step.
- Go to Livechat in bottom right.
- You will need to fill out the forms. You can find your [Internal order ID] on the order page on our site and in the purchase confirmation sent by us via email
- Note that you need to use the [Email] you’ve used to place the order
- Use the [Access code] you’re seeing on your console’s screen
- Click [Submit]
- Wait for the process to finish (it takes less than a minute). Keep your console with you and make sure to keep the menu with the [Access code] open
- Follow the instructions on the console’s screen. You’ll need to enter a [5-digit] response code and a [Password] which you will see on the page
